Strata Law expert David Bannerman and Strata Management consultant Edward Baker will discuss:


  • How to resolve conflicts about renovations, noise issues from tenants etc
  • How to negotiate when there is a conflict of values amongst the strata team
  • How to represent yourself at NCAT Tribunal
  • Tips on how to find the best managing agent for your strata team


About the speakers

David Bannerman is the principal of Bannermans Lawyers, Sydney’s leading strata law firm, providing specialised legal services for the strata industry, the development industry and the construction industry.

He is an accredited Property Law Specialist with the Law Society of New South Wales and has over 14 years extensive experience in all aspects of property law and building litigation. He has specialised exclusively in the strata industry for the past 8 years.


Edward Baker is the owner of Responsive Strata Management, and has worked in the industry since 2001. His background in property and building management spans across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Edward holds a Master of Commerce, a Bachelor of Arts, an Advanced Diploma in Property, and a range of industry certifications.
