Do you love embroidery, creativity, and good conversation? Join Stitch & Yarn, a monthly stitching group held on the 2nd Saturday of the month.

In these relaxed sessions, you'll learn to embroider onto personal photographs, giving old holiday snaps or meaningful pictures a fresh, artistic twist using colourful threads and unique techniques.

What you need to know:

• Free to join (including materials)
• No experience needed—Michelle will guide you through embroidery techniques
• Ages 16 plus welcome.

What we provide:

• Embroidery thread, yarn & equipment
• Backup photos (if you forget yours)
• Designs & templates.

What you bring:

• Your own photos - originals or copies on 180–200gsm paper

A passionate textile artist, Michelle has worked in fabric design for SA’s state opera and now creates independently. With a love for repurposing materials, she encourages creativity through play, experimentation, and imagination.
