This is a calm, supportive and carefully held experience designed to help you feel grounded, safe, and connected to yourself.
About Your Facilitator – Sarah
Sarah is a qualified and licensed hypnotherapist based locally, with experience guiding individuals through safe and supportive hypnosis sessions. Her work focuses on helping participants step out of survival mode, reconnect with self-trust, and feel empowered in their everyday lives.
At this event, she will lead a short educational talk about how our subconscious mind prioritises safety, followed by a guided Hypnosis Activation designed to help participants feel grounded, present, and supported. Her approach is experiential, gentle, and trauma-aware, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for everyone attending.

• A short, educational talk about how the subconscious mind prioritises safety and why we sometimes feel stuck
• A guided Hypnosis Activation to support awareness, relaxation, and self-trust
• Live handpan music played throughout the activation to gently support your nervous system and body
• A grounding and re-orientation practice at the end so you leave feeling present and settled
• Light snacks and herbal tea afterward for quiet integration and connection
This is an experiential session, not a performance and not just meditation. You will be guided verbally throughout and supported by live sound in a nurturing environment.
