Join us for the long weekend, on Sunday 7th March, as one of Melbourne’s culinary legends and Resident Chef of Little Andorra, Tom Sarafian, takes over our distillery.
For $70 (plus booking fee) you’ll be welcomed with a delicious whisky cocktail and a Middle Eastern inspired barbecue featuring Sarafian’s classic dishes.
There will also be a live DJ, providing the beats ‘til the sun goes down and suggested whisky cocktail pairings available to order at our bar.
Open from 12pm 'til late, there are ticketed sessions from 12noon - 5.00pm and 6:00pm - 10pm. Tickets are limited, so be quick!
Maximum of 10 guests per booking. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dietary options are available.

MENU:
Welcome drink:
Sarafian cocktail - a refreshing Arak and lemonade serve
Appetisers:
• Gilda of anchovies wrapped around guindilla peppers, skewered with a labne filled green olive and roasted red capsicum, crowned with a pickled Turkish chilli (no anchovy/no labne for vegetarian and vegan alternative)
• Hummus with lamb and pine nuts (barbequed mushrooms as a vegetarian alternative)
• Baker Bleu rolls (baby cos lettuce for gluten free alternative)
Mains:
• Charcoal chicken with toum (garlic sauce), pickled green chilli and parsley salad (barbequed beets for vegetarian and vegan alternative)
• Batata Harra (spicy potatoes)
Sweets:
Namoura – an almond, coconut and semolina cake, soaked in an orange blossom syrup
Cocktail pairings and mezze boards will be available for purchase from the bar.
