Stand Up Comedy Workshop: Darwin

Amy Hetherington

THIS WORKSHOP IS FULL
Fancy yourself as a bit of a comedian? Do you always make your mates laugh? Are you a bit of a class clown? Well…. We’re looking for the Territory’s funniest locals for the Stuart Hwy Stand Up Tour!
Darwin comedians Amy Hetherington and Danielle Andrews are hosting stand up comedy workshops and showcases in regional centres along the Stuart Hwy. Supported by the Northern Territory Government, Happy Yess and Top End Comedy this is an initiative to discover and develop new NT comedians and workshops are open to all levels of experience and all senses of humour (the Darwin workshop is specifically for NEW comedians (3 or less shows experience).
Keen to get involved? Or know someone that should be on the stage!? Register now!
If you register for the workshop you have access to the four hour skills and development opportunity AND you reserve a space at the Darwin showcase - featuring new comedians from the workshop. Involvement in the showcase is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged to take your first step into the world of comedy.
