Stage Sisters Event
As stage sisters, we are coming together to create the ultimate event for women in fitness and bodybuilding.
Our event will run in a circuit-style format, with small groups rotating through different stations. Each element will focus on something powerful including posing, mobility, guided journaling, and a Q&A with Lauren and a special guest speaker. We’ll also have exciting pop-ups featuring supplements, coffee, and possibly even a little activewear moment too.
