Do I need to bring my own partner?

No, you don't - most people who come to the class don't bring a partner. We setup the class so that partners rotate every minute or two - everyone dances with everyone. A bonus benefit of this is that it's a great way to meet new friends!

How long does it take to get good at Bachata?

Accepted Answer

It depends on several things, like previous experience in other dances, frequency, and intensity of training and practice, and natural abilities. Most absolute beginners do the Free Beginners class 2-3 times before moving up to the next level.

Do I need any experience to do this class?

It's designed for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS! You don't need any dance background or training to do this class. We've designed the class to be suitable for people who have never done a dance step in their lives. We believe BACHATA is for everybody!
