Hello everyone
We meet on Sunday mornings in Currambine in person (or you can join online).
We welcome you to join us for a class that will give you clear, grounded, practical, psychospiritual tools to empower you to grow and consciously choose how you’d like to show up in the world.
We start with a gentle meditation and then introduce a topic for the session, where we have an opportunity to self-reflect and uncover where we can heal, transform and grow.
If you feel to share your experience you will receive feedback from one or all of our facilitators who have combined qualifications in coaching, mentoring, teaching, mindfulness and meditation, naturopathy, counselling and psychology.
We share holistic approaches that will empower you to courageously confront your fears, attachments, unworthiness, pain, and shame and transform it all into love.
Cost is $10
