Our second day of the conference will be hosted by a well known figure from the Victorian Spirits scene, Shaun Byrne. As the Master of Ceremonies he will guide us through Monday with a packed programme of informative and insightful speakers, presentations and panel discussion that will inspire, intrigue and stimulate you mind.
