Overview

DISCOVER A NATURAL HIGH WITH KUNDALINI MEDITATION AND CONSCIOUS DANCE

You don't need to sit still to meditate.

Some states of clarity, aliveness, and emotional reset arrive far more easily when the body is allowed to move — to spiral, to shake, to release what’s been held and let fresh energy rise.

We’re inviting you to a movement-based workshop that blends conscious dance with active meditation, designed to wake up the life force and allow it to rise within you.

____________________________

We begin by arriving — easing into the body, softening the edges, and letting the space hold us.

From here, we enter Oshos Kundalini Meditation: shaking, dancing, then stillness. Energy awakens, rises, and settles. Noticing the stillness that remains. Nothing to achieve, nowhere to go. Just letting the current move you.

We then dance our Full Aliveness as one Community: Letting our life force move in ever widening circles to inspire states of blissful presence and embodied connection.

____________________________

Themes we’ll explore in this workshop:

• activating energy safely through movement.

• experiencing meditation as something alive and pleasurable.

• letting the nervous system reorganise itself through rhythm, motion, and pause.

• remembering that meditative presence can be active and integrated into life.

• Expressing vibrancy while maintaining our ground.

• Experiencing the cumulative potential of moving as an embodied collective.

If you’ve been feeling flat, over-mental, emotionally backed up, or simply hungry for a more embodied kind of meditation, this work meets you where you are.
