Join us at the Speech and Language Science Workshop at ANU Open Day.

How do humans produce speech sounds? In this hands-on, participatory workshop in the Speech and Language Lab at ANU you will learn how to use phonetics techniques for studying language production (including an ultrasound for tongue-imaging and spectrograms for visualising speech acoustics).

The study of linguistics at ANU draws upon the expertise of the largest concentration of linguists in the southern hemisphere, and of people teaching the largest number of languages in Australia.
