About this event

Experience the ancient Chinese art of candle-making in a whole new way with our unique workshop! Join us for a hands-on class where you'll learn how to make your own candles using traditional Chinese teacups as containers.

Our expert instructor will guide you through the process of selecting the right wick, melting high-quality soy wax, and infusing it with essential oils to create a beautiful, fragrant candle. But the real magic happens when you pour your melted wax into a delicate, handcrafted Chinese teacup to create a one-of-a-kind candle that's both functional and decorative.

As you work, you'll be surrounded by the inspiring artwork in our gallery space, creating a serene and meditative atmosphere. And once you've completed your candles, you'll have the opportunity to explore the gallery and appreciate the art on display.

All materials will be provided, including traditional Chinese teacups, soy wax, wicks, and essential oils. No prior experience is necessary, and our instructor will provide all the guidance and support you need to create a beautiful and unique candle.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to explore the rich history of Chinese art and culture while indulging in some self-care and creativity. Sign up today for our handmade candle workshop using traditional Chinese teacups!

All guests will walk home with a 130ml candle and a 150ml candle in a beautiful handcraft ceramic, you are more than welcome to use the teacup when the candle has served its purpose!
