Ling Ang has been writing her lucid dreams across the span of three years, pairing subconscious moments with imagery captured from the conscious world. For the launch of her first photo-book, personal narratives are brought to life through an immersive three-dimensional experience that distorts dreams and reality - touching on themes relating to childhood, relationships, hedonism, trauma and the afterlife. This exhibition aims to be a platform for the community to have discussions on incognisant vulnerabilities and inhibitions, particularly in a year that’s invited unparalleled self-reflection.

Attendees will be able to enter the venue anytime between 6-10pm and make their way to the immersive experience when their designated time slot is available. As you enter the theatre, there will be a foyer with 'dream guides' able to direct you towards the bar, the immersive experience and/or the lounge where Ling Ang's book, 'Souvenirs of Sleep', will be on display.

The immersive experience will be running from 6-10pm. The lounge will have a deconstructed digital version of Ling Ang's book of dreams, including text and photography.

Copies of the book are limited to 150 copies and will be available to purchase.
