Welcome to the Southern Highlands Physie Interclub!

Competitition Start Time: 10am


Come join us for a day filled with fun, fitness, and friendship at our Interclub event! We welcome members, families and friends from Baulkham Hills, Coal Point, Eastlakes, Fairfield City, Lane Cove, Mulgoa Valley, Newcastle City, Putney, The Heights, Tuggerah Lakes and our Southern Highlands Community. Watch our very talented EP Physie performers showcase their skills.


  • This event will be live-streamed.
  • All tickets are non-refundable.
  • A canteen and Coffee Van will be available.
  • There will be a Raffle with multiple prizes held on the day.
  • Spectator tickets can be purchased online on the day
  • Our Canteen and Raffle Tickets will be at this stage CASH ONLY...


ENTRY FEES AND INFORMATION.....

All Competitors must purchase a ticket from eventbrite to register for this event. All competitors must be current registerd members with EP Physie. Competitor tickets open 6th May and close 7th June. Late entries are at the discretion of the organiser. Please contact your teacher for more information.

  • Competitors (all ages) - $15.00 (Registration closes 7th June)
  • Spectators, Adults (18+yrs) - $12.00
  • Spectators, Seniors/Child (5-17yrs) - $8.00
  • Children (under 5yrs) - Free
  • Live Stream - $8.00

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY

All tickets are non-refundable.

HOW DO COMPETITORS REGISTER FOR THIS INTERCLUB

All competitors are required to pre-purchase a ticket online $15.00. This is your registration to compete at this interclub. These tickets are non-refundable.

WHEN ARE COMPETITOR TICKETS AVAILABLE

All tickets go on sale from 6th May. Competitor Tickets Entries Close 7th June. All other tickets are available until Saturday 3rd August 5pm.

WHAT FOOD OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE

Our interclub will have a Canteen, a BBQ and a Coffee Van will be on site. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink into this event.

WILL YOU ACCEPT LATE COMPETITOR ENTRIES

Competitor Entries close 7th June. Late entries are at the discretion of the organiser and depend heavily on number of competitor numbers. Contact your Physie Teacher for more information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED

If this event is cancelled, refunds will be provided less your booking fees and credit card fees.

LIVE-STREAMING WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

This event will be live filmed on the day and streamed to devices. Family and friends, who are unable to attend are then able to watch. Please be aware when purchasing your competitor tickets that you will be filmed.

COMPETITION ATTIRE RULES

Our Interclub will be run in accordance with EP Physie rules regarding leotards, skirts, ballets etc... However, should the performance floor be too slippery to perform safely the wearing of ballets will become optional. A decision will be made on the day.
