Southern Dirt Inc & South West NRM - Water Security Workshop
Join us for an interactive workshop introducing the Water Evaluation Platform for growers and contractors/consultants.
Southern Dirt, in partnership with South West NRM, is delivering an interactive Water Security Workshop designed for growers and contractors/consultants seeking to strengthen on-farm water planning and decision-making.
This workshop will provide an introduction to the Water Evaluation Platform, guiding participants through an overview of the tool and a practical workbook session supplied by South West NRM. Attendees will work through the workbook during the session to familiarise themselves with the platform and understand how it can be applied to assess and improve water security outcomes.
The session will be supported by facilitated discussion and additional expert input related to water security. Participants will gain practical knowledge and confidence in using the tool to support informed, sustainable water management decisions.
This workshop is suited to growers and industry professionals looking to improve water security planning at a property or business level.
The FEaST2030 project is supported by the Australian Government through funding from the Natural Heritage Trust under the Climate-Smart Agriculture Program and delivered by South West NRM, a member of the Commonwealth Regional Delivery Partners panel.
