About this event

  • 8 days 19 hours

Join Swaha Devi for “Bliss Embodied” a 10 day spiritual retreat at the spectacular Spiritual oasis, Sri Puram Golden Temple in Southern India.

We are deeply human and spiritual beings, and learning to better honour and understand both of these parts of ourselves is the doorway to inner Bliss, and living a more joy-filled yet peaceful life.

During this retreat, you will explore the deep and inescapable relationship between your Body, your thoughts and emotions and your Spirit and personal energy system (aura, chakras and meridians). When we understand these relationships, we can gain new tools for create a life of “heaven on earth”, and bliss within our "in-body-ed" experience.

Our physical body is a powerful and complex interconnected network of thoughts, emotions, beliefs and energy. These parts of us are constantly interacting and affecting one another. As we learn to slow down and connect to our inner wisdom and inner healer, we can more easily accept the ups and downs of life and the Bliss of our own Divine Nature flows through into our mind, emotions and body. This leads to deep inner peace, vitality, deeper intuition and better health on all levels.

This 10 day retreat will be an immersion into practices of many traditions, with a strong focus on Bhakti Yoga - the yoga of Love and Devotion. Bhakti yoga practices are ones that connect us to our heart, and to a deeper union with the Divine (universe) that exists within us and all around us. This includes meditation, sound healing using Mantra, and other yoga and spiritual practices that open the heart to more love, compassion, kindness and connection to ourselves, others and the entire universe.

Note this retreat is not free. This eventbrite event is to book your free information call if you are interested to join us for this event, to determine if it is a good fit for you.
