Sourdough Masterclass
The rambunctious bakers from Clementine Bakery will share the artistry of making sourdough with charcuterie dinner & local wines
Part hands-on cooking class, part social gathering, this sourdough workshop invites you to get stuck into the craft of sourdough while eating, drinking and chatting your way through the evening. It’s interactive, relaxed, and designed so you can ask as many questions as you like - no rushed demos, no silent note-taking.
You’ll work with dough, learn the fundamentals of fermentation, and come away with a deeper understanding of what makes good sourdough great — all while grazing and sipping alongside fellow bread lovers.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- A hands-on sourdough workshop covering starters, dough handling, fermentation and baking fundamentals
- Plenty of opportunity for questions, discussion and shared learning
- A generous grazing-style dinner served throughout the workshop - eat while you work
- Local wines & beer flowing to keep things social and relaxed
- All equipment provided
