Bake Fresh Organic Sourdough Bread loaves


Chef Roberto will bake 2 sourdough bread loaves and show you how to score and decorate nicely your sourdough bread loaf

Mix the ingredients


You will then mix all the ingredients for making a 2 delicious organic sourdough loaves using stone ground typo 1 bakers flour and rye flour

Sourdough Starter


Chef Roberto will explain the science behind sourdough from how to make your own sourdough starter to baking successfully delicious sourdough bread

Learn the secrets and the science


No more guessing after absorbing all the knowledge from Chef Roberto on how to maintain the starter and beyond

Over three to four hours, you will learn:
