Bake Fresh Organic Sourdough Bread loaves


Chef Roberto will bake 2 sourdough bread loaves and show you how to score and decorate nicely your sourdough bread loaf

Mix the ingredients


You will then mix all the ingredients for making a 2 delicious organic sourdough loaves using stone ground typo 1 bakers flour and rye flour

Chef Roberto will explain the science behind sourdough from how to make your own sourdough starter to baking successfully delicious sourdough bread
