Sound for the Soul - 30 min sessions

Join us in this beautiful opportunity to experience magical sound healing drop-in day with 4 x 30-minute sound bath sessions and 2 x sound workshops to book in for by donation. The day will end with our Journey through Sound & Breath event from 6pm - 8pm book here

Steve from You Sound Me will be running 30 minute sound healing sessions and workshops throughout the day for you just to drop in, lie down and surrender into the magic of sound, see the schedule under the ticketing.

Relax and unwind with the healing sounds the Crystal bowls, Didgeridoo, flute, medicine drum and many other native healing instruments all intertwined to assist you in your own remembrance of your innate healing wisdom within.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Bring along a water bottle and any healing or comfort items you might like to have with you (pillow, blanket) mats and bolsters are provided
• Wear loose fitting clothing especially around your belly and chest
• Avoid caffeine and food a few hours prior to the session
• You may like to bring a journal for after the session
• Bring along an open heart & open mind, with no judgement on yourself
• Expect to feel sensations you may not have felt before
