Sound Under the Stars is a small, intimate gong sound bath experience held in my safe outdoor space, under the night sky.
These nights are for women in that season of life where everything is full — work, family, responsibilities, changes in the body, changes in life — and you’re craving something simple that supports you.
A place to slow down, lie back, look up, and simply be.
Think of this as a date night with yourself —time to step out of the noise and into rest, connection, and something a little different.
We gather outdoors, surrounded by nature, with the night sky above us and the deep, soothing sound of the gongs moving through the space. The sound supports your nervous system to settle from the inside out — so your mind can quieten and your body can relax without you having to do anything.
Most women leave feeling lighter, more grounded, calmer, and more at ease — with a real sense of inner peace to carry back into everyday life.
Spaces are kept small on purpose so the experience feels safe, supportive, and connected.
If the weather changes, we simply move indoors. The experience stays the same — cosy, grounded, and supportive.
