Can I come alone?

YES! in-fact we highly encourage this. You will walk in alone and walk out with a whole new community

What do I need to bring?

Water bottle & Journal are both recommended. Matts, bolsters and blankets are provided but feel free to bring your own.

What do I wear?

Anything that you are comfortable in (we recommend track suits or your gym gear)
