About the Workshop: Join us for an evening dedicated to reconnecting with yourself at our workshop, "Sound of Breath". Led by our down-to-earth facilitators, Jason and Sakuna , who bring years of experience in breath-work and sound healing, you will be guided through a journey of release, renewal, and recentering
Through simple yet powerful practices, you’ll learn to harness your breath with Jason and tap into emotions buried deep within, offering a chance to let go and find clarity. Meanwhile, Sakuna's sound healing meditation will blanket you in soothing vibrations, easing tension and guiding you to a space of deep relaxation. As part of your experience, you'll also learn practical tools to harmonise your heart chakra, exploring how this energy centre, associated with love, forgiveness, and compassion, influences our emotional well-being, relationships with others and ourselves.
About the Facilitators:
Jason Lo Nigro, founder of Soul Chill Wellness, is a practitioner in breath-work, nervous system regulation, and Reiki, facilitating ice baths, human connection, and meditation workshops, all aimed at providing individuals with transformative experiences to cultivate inner peace, holistic healing, and profound self-discovery.
Sakuna McArthur, founder of Undo-U Wellness, is a Life Purpose Coach and Energy and Quantum Healing Practitioner, guiding people to live purposeful and fulfilling lives, while also providing past life regression and ancestral healing to help individuals reconnect with their true essence and unlock their highest potential.
Frequently asked questions
Please try your best to come in at least 5 minutes earlier. For any reason you are to arrive after the time of the event, we will allow a window of 10 minutes, then doors will be closed. Any time after will cause disruptions to the workshop and the ease of our attendees.
You may bring a drink bottle, a notepad, and a pillow if you like. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided for this workshop.
We suggest that you come in wearing something that is warm and comfortable for your 1.5 session.
