Sound Meditation with Paulette

Join Paulette at Soul Movement Studio and experience the gentle yet powerful vibration of sound, allowing your body to be healed, mind to be cleared and your meditation practice to be heightened as you focus your attention on the present. You'll leave feeling calmer and more connected to the love, peace and joy that resides within.

Props are available in the studio so you can get nice and comfy but we do encourage you to bring along your own mat, blanket, cushion, eye pillow, and anything else you would like for optimal comfort.

Beginners are most welcome.
