What do I wear & bring?

Come as you are, wear warm comfortable clothing, arrive with an open mind. Yoga matts and a pillow are provided. You are welcome to bring any additional cosy items ie blanket, eye mask to make your session extra comfortable.

What to expect in this Session?

Accepted Answer

Expect the unexpected.✨ No expectations are ideal. Every session is unique and intuitively created. You can expect a meditative musical journey blending electronic soundscapes with live instruments, starting with a brief intro and a few soft exercises. Laying/siting for the session.

I'm sensitive to loud sound

If you are sensitive to loud sounds we recommend you place yourself towards the back of the room, ideally away from the speakers at the front. We do play moderately loud music so the body, mind, cells can fully feel the resonance and healing benefits of our frequencies and vibrations.

What's the session like?

This is not your traditional sound healing bath. We use amplified brainwave entrainment music and for some live instruments. It's like a cinematic meditative music concert that's uniquely tailored to the energy of the night. We will ride the sound waves together.

What will i feel in a session?

Accepted Answer

Feel the sound vibrations. Sessions depend on you and what your body, mind, cells, energy and nervous system needs at the time. Is it deep restorative rest, recovery & rejuvenation or are you ready to go quantum and rewire your mind and deepen your practice. Be open to experience something new.

How will i feel during a session?

You might feel the vibrations of the sounds resonating through the room, floor and over your body. You may feel a little cold during the session, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes with layers. It's highly possibly you will feel super relaxed during and afterwards like a deep tissue massage.

How will i feel after a session?

It's highly possibly you will feel super relaxed and blissed out afterwards, like receiving a deep tissue massage. Please allow at least 10-15 mins before driving. For optimal results stay hydrated before & after session, minimise screen usage, white light and prepare for a good nights sleep.

What happens if i fall asleep or i or my partner snores?

This isn't a sleep over pyjama party! These sessions are designed for deep meditation, relaxation and exploring altered states of consciousness. If you or your partner fall asleep please try to nude them after a few moments so it doesn't disturb others too much.

What do i do if i feel a bit strange after the session?

Accepted Answer

These sessions are powerful, it may stir/shake things up for you; (mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically & spiritually). This is part of the process of transformation. We recommend grounding by eating something wholesome, being barefoot in nature and talking to friends to integrate.

How often should i do sound healing?

Accepted Answer

There's no limit or un-healthy amount of sessions you can do. By partaking in more sessions you will explore different and deeper connections to your mind/body/spirit and receive cellular rejuvenation and receive new insights and somatic embodiment.

I'm feeling nervous about the session!

These sessions are powerful! It may challenge you on many levels (mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically & spiritually) Nervous is normal part of the transformational process of change. Come anyway and trust the process. You will be in safe and experienced space.

What's you covid policy?

If you are feeling unwell, sick or have flue symptoms please refrain from attending the event/class. We will happily refund you. Thanks for respecting yourself and others.

What is your cancelation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds and cancelations are possible up to 48hrs prior to the event date. No refunds within 48hrs of the event. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift the ticket to someone to use under the same booking name. Sorry no resale of tickets.

We don't resell tickets or work with 3rd parties. If someone/3rd party especially fake users on facebook/instagram is trying to sell tickets to our events its probably a scam. Please be caution!

I'm pregnant, it is safe for me and my baby?

We've had many pregnant guests that have loved the sessions. Yes it's safe however please trust your own body, judgement and feeling if it feels right for you to attend or not.

How to best prepare myself for a session?

Accepted Answer

For best results prepare an intention & hydrate well before and after the session. Arrive early. Don't plan much after the session. Limit your stimulation intake on the day and afterwards i.e caffeine/alcohol/screen time. Journal about your experience. Prepare for an early night sleep.
