Sound Healing - Vibro Acoustic Sound Bath with Romy

Drop into profound relaxation & raise your frequency with gentle vibrations of cosmic sound.

This is a “next level” Sound Bath sensory experience. You will hear the sounds and you will feel the vibrations in your body.

This session combines Sound Bath with On Body Sound Massage. You will first be guided through a sound journey led into deep relaxation and then I will gently weave around the room with the therapeutic grade singing bowls placing them on your body and softly playing them. The bowls have a vibro acoustic effect which means you can hear & feel the sound gently in your body.

This event is designed to nurture and soothe your nervous system.

The number of guests in this group is limited to 7 people to provide an intimate experience where you may be able to release, relax deeply.

Held in a private studio in St Kilda East (near Alma Rd), on booking, the address will be sent to you via email. (You are welcome to arrive anytime from 6.50pm to settle into your spot. The gate will be locked at 7.10pm to avoid disruptions to the sound).

All mats, blankets & bolsters are provided.
