Sound Healing in the Como House Ballroom - Four Seasons Series

Float into relaxation & reset your nervous system in an intimate group within the elegant ballroom of Como House at dusk

Autumn invites us to slow down, release and ground. Leaves fall, daytime shortens and the energy around us shifts from outward & expansive (yang) to more inward (yin).

You are invited to join my Autumn Sound Bath at Como House for a deeply nourishing, restorative night of sound & stillness. We will have exclusive access to the estate for a divine evening of peaceful presence.

As the birds settle for the night, you'll take a short walk up the driveway to the Mansion with your yoga mat, pillow and blanket.

You’ll arrive in the ballroom and choose an Autumn essential oil to wear throughout your session adding another sensory element to the experience. You lie down, snuggled under a blanket, close your eyes and are immersed in deep resonant sounds of the quartz bowls, gongs, singing bowls and more. Expect warm, grounding tones that help you feel rooted, supported, and clear as you transition into the darker half of the year. The sounds are gentle and flowing, designed to lead you into a deep state of relaxation offering you a moment where your mind, body & spirit are aligned in the same place, at the same time, as one.

A seasonal offering, time to slow down, attune to the natural world, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. This event is held four times a year, one night for each season and is open to 20 guests to experience the serenity of this iconic property after dark.
