Sound Circle at Tanglewood Estate - A Community Event - Sunday 29th March

Tanglewood EstateDromana, VIC
Sunday, Mar 29, 2026 from 4 pm to 5:30 pm
Overview

A 1.5hr grounding community event with a 1hr sound immersion, followed by tea & homemade superfood treats. Donation-based

Join me, Lucy Ennis, for a deeply nourishing Sound Circle gathering set within the serene grounds of Tanglewood Estate, on Sunday March 29th.

This 1.5-hour experience begins with a one-hour immersive sound journey, held outdoors amongst nature (weather permitting) or inside the rustic barn — a beautiful space for rest, resonance, and connection. Guided through waves of sound and vibration, you’re invited to slow down, surrender, and let go, supporting nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and gentle rebalancing of body, mind, and spirit.

You’ll be bathed in the healing tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls, planetary gong, drums, monolina, and other resonant instruments chosen to calm, ground, and restore on a deep cellular level.

We’ll then gently ground and reconnect in community, sharing tea and homemade superfood treats to nourish and integrate the experience together.

This is a donation-based community offering. You’re warmly invited to contribute what feels accessible, making this a truly inclusive and heart-led gathering.

(Sound Circle sessions as a guide are usually $50 / Minimum $10 ).

Come as you are with no experience required. Leave feeling softer, steadier, and more deeply connected — to yourself, to community, and to the land.

Please bring a mat, pillows and blanket and find a comfortable spot on the lawn to enjoy this beautiful offering of sound healing... and community gathering.

Lucy Ennis - Sound Circle Founder & Faciliator

I am passionate about sound healing, inspired by my firsthand experiences and my studies, including a diploma in Sound Healing and travels to India. I founded Sound Circle to share the benefits of sound with people. I use a beautiful array of instruments such as Crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, monolina and other healing instruments, which guide participants inwards to find stillness, deep relaxation and rebalancing of mind, body and spirit.
