2026 Wellbeing Series – Vision Board Workshop

As part of our 2026 Wellbeing Series, Cheltenham Community Centre will be hosting monthly wellbeing workshops throughout the year.

The Sound Bowl Immersion workshop, offers a deeply nourishing experience featuring an immersive sound bath and guided sound healing meditation led by Christian from Inner-Volution. The session, which will include the use of sound bowls, helps participants integrate, ground, and connect, closing with a cup of tea for further relaxation.

Additionally, the session integrates various healing modalities such as yoga, breathwork, and qi gong, enhancing the body’s receptivity to the healing vibrations of the sound. This combination fosters relaxation, increased awareness, and deep emotional and physical healing. The practices are designed to awaken inner wisdom, unleash creativity, and activate your body’s natural healing abilities.
