About this event
Find your peace and harmony at a 1 hour group Soundscape designed to promote deep relaxation and restore the body’s natural rhythms and balance.
Drop into a deep meditative state and be taken on a journey through your subconscious. The vibrations and frequencies of the instruments will move you from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic nervous system. This allows your body, at a cellular level, to begin to repair itself. No previous experience with sound baths or meditation is needed, the sounds will do all the work for you!
Sound healing can also help us move through stuck or blocked energy in our physical, emotional and spiritual being. It can connect us to our higher self and restore balance and purpose to our mind. It improves sleep patterns and can even relieve physical pain. The benefits are endless!!!
Please bring:
- A Yoga mat or comfortable pad to lay on
- A Blanket
- A Pillow (suggest bringing 2)
- an eye pillow (if you like using one)
- A water bottle
- wear comfy clothing (PJ’s are totally acceptable)
Eye pillows will be available to purchase at the beginning of the sound bath.
Free parking is available in Dundas court. Please arrive between 7pm and 7:10pm- The sound bath will start at 7:15pm sharp- please arrive ON TIME, due to the meditative nature of the event the doors will be locked at 7:15pm and late arrivals will not be let in.
Please also make sure your phone is switched off or turned to airplane mode before the sound bath begins.
If an event needs to be cancelled due to changes to COVID restrictions in the ACT a full refund will be issued for any effected sound baths.
There is often a waiting list for these events, as a courtesy, if you are unable to attend please let me know as soon as possible so that someone else can have the opportunity to attend.

Yes, as long as you let me know 24 hours before the event, I can transfer your ticket to another date
Unfortunately if you arrive after 7:15pm you will not be let in. Sound baths are a meditative experience and it is disruptive to others to let people in after the doors have closed and the sound bath has begun. There are no refunds or ticket transfers for late arrivals
Not at all! no prior experience in meditation and sound therapy is needed to attend.
That is perfectly ok! it means that that is what your body needs. You will still receive the benefits of the sound bath even if you are not awake. If you know that you are a snorer, it can be a good idea to start in a position that may help minimise your snoring.
It is a good idea to stay well hydrated and rest if you can after a sound bath. Journaling is a great way to help you process any emotions that have come to the surface- if you have any questions about your experience I am happy to chat
That is completely up to you! you can't have too many sound baths :) some people like to come every fortnight and some come monthly or bi-monthly. its like anything - the more you attend the more it will have ongoing benefits for you!
