Sound Bath + Yin Chakra Balancing Immersion

A Sound Healing Immersion Sound Bath and Yin Yoga

You’ll be welcomed with juicy Yin Yoga and bathed in high frequency Crystal Singing Bowls. This 60min experience is a fusion of yin yoga, breathwork and meditation combined with healing sounds from a traditional singing crystal bowls. Transcending the physical space, you will be transported to a depth of your consciousness that both revitalises and nourishes your overall well-being.

This workshop will reveal chakra system where we will explore the attributes of energetic wheels from the root to the crown. Followed by a balancing yin yoga-sound practice where you will experience balance throughout these chakras sounds. You will leave with a greater understanding of the psycho-somatic connection in your body, as well as different techniques to restore and achieve balance on your own. You will be feeling restored, refreshed and yes, blissful!

In Preparation for the Sound Bath:

△ For optimum results ensure you are well hydrated throughout the day of the session as water helps the healing sound vibrations carry through your body, improving your experience.

△ Wear comfortable clothing that won’t dig in or restrict you when laying down.

△ An empty stomach or a light bite is recommended.

△ Bring an intention for yourself - the crystal singing bowls amplify and manifest our intentions.

△ Mats, blankets, bolsters & eye masks provided, or bring your own.

△ Bring water.
