What to expectDoors open at 3.20pm to get settled and comfortable, for a 3.30pm sharp start.Toilets next door to the room &amp; kitchenette with water filter. About your two fully qualified Sound Practitioners:Sara Mitchinson is the owner of Escape with Yoga (escapewithyoga.com.au), who runs weekly yoga classes (hatha, yin &amp; restorative) as well as monthly mini yoga retreats, sound baths &amp; women's circles. 1:1 Sound healing sessions are also offered in my home studio in Cherrybrook, Sydney. Helping people to calm their nervous system, and come back into homeostasis. Release - rebalance - restore. Sound enabled me to communicate with my mother as she navigated Dementia and this led me to delve deeper into the power of sound to heal. Sound baths are a wonderful way for the body to reset the nervous system from fight/flight to rest and digest. LocationCrows Nest Community Centre - Fuller Room second level if entering from the cafes/ front entry. Or park on level 4 of the Holtermann Street car park(free on Sundays) to access the Fuller Room via a ramp or stairs.What to Bring<ol><li>Fitness / yoga mat /padding to lie on</li><li>Blanket, sleeping bag as your body will cool down in meditation</li><li>Warm clothing, socks etc...</li><li>Water bottle</li><li>Eye pillow or scarf to place over the eyes(optional)</li><li>Small pillow for under the head (optional)</li><li>Anything elese to make you supper comfortable</li></ol>

Selfcare after attending a Sound Bath<ul><li>Make sure you feel grounded before driving</li><li>Drink plenty of water</li><li>Stand barefoot on the earth</li><li>Have a light dinner</li><li>Take it easy as your body will be de-toxing for a few days</li><li>You may have also experienced a release or shift of energy or emotions in the body</li></ul>

Refunds: Sorry no refunds but if you are unwell then please contact us as we are happy to book you into our following months sound bath at the Crows Nest Centre.You will be automatically added to our newsletter for upcoming dates and events. Liability Waiver agreement: I understand that sound healing isn't a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis or treatment. I will make the Sound Practioner aware of any medical conditions before the Sound Bath. If I am pregnant, have a pace maker, post-surgery or sound induced eplicapy, my purchasing a ticket verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. We will be working 20cm off the body at a safe distance for a general sound bath. I also affirm that participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have.
