Sound Bath Journey

Muscle SenseNorwood, SA
Friday, Mar 6, 2026 from 7 pm to 8:30 pm
Overview

Escape your busy mind and reconnect with calm in sound and vibration.
Experience crystal bowls, shamanic drums, vocals, and guide meditation

Step out of the noise of everyday life and into deep relaxation, healing sound, and inner connection.

Our Shamanic Sound Bath is a powerful yet gentle experience designed to help you relax, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. In a world of busy minds and constant stimulation, this is your time to slow down, breathe, and simply receive.

You’ll be guided into a short, easy meditation before being immersed in a rich soundscape of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, shamanic drums, didgeridoo, guitar, and intuitive vocal tones. These ancient sound frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring your body and energy back into balance.

Sound and vibration have been used for thousands of years across cultures for healing, ceremony, and transformation. This modern shamanic sound bath blends those ancient traditions with mindful meditation to create a deeply restorative experience for mind, body, and spirit.

Led by Henry, who has over 10 years of experience holding sound ceremonies, this session allows you to completely let go. You don’t need to do anything — just lie back, relax, and allow the sounds to guide you into a state of deep calm, clarity, and renewal.

Benefits may include:

  • Deep relaxation and stress relief
  • A calmer, clearer mind
  • Emotional release and grounding
  • A sense of reconnection and balance
  • Restful, meditative states

Whether you’re new to sound baths or a regular explorer of inner work, this experience offers a safe, welcoming space to reset and recharge. Group sessions create a shared energetic journey while still allowing for a deeply personal experience.

Come as you are. Lie back. Let the sound carry you.
