These sacred sounds create a vibrational atmosphere that surrounds you, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to tune into the natural frequencies of healing and balance.

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or whatever helps you get comfortable so you can relax into the experience.
We honour all bodies and their needs. If lying on the floor isn’t accessible for you — whether due to age, mobility, or simply what your body needs right now — couch seating is available. These spots are limited, so please let us know if you’d like to reserve one. You’re welcome just as you are.
