Sound Bath Gentle Breathwork Infused With Japanese Singing Bowl Therapy

Saida Jusic and Toshiko Matsumoto welcome you to join them.

To start the night off Saida will guide you through a gentle breath journey to allow you settle and relax to dive deep and drop you into the present moment. Calm and reset your nervous system and create more space in your body. Breathwork is a powerful tool to help release stress, reduce anxiety, enhance self awareness, wellbeing, inner peace, Joy and improve sleep.

Saida's meditative sounds are created with her gongs, crystal & tibetan bowls, shurti box, ocean drum, steele tongue drum, star being drum played near your body, infused with angelic healing tones and mantra medicine.

Through the night Toshiko will be placing her singing ring bowls on your body to further activate your energy centers. Unblock any struck energy in your body. Very powerful experience, yet so relaxing.

Wear comfortable clothes. Please bring a comfy mat, pillow and blanket. Water bottle. You can bring your favorite chair if you cannot lay on the floor. Extra pillows are available.

The doors will open at 6:45 pm. Doors close and the Journey begins at 7pm Sharp.
