Here is an evolution of our 60 minute Friday evening Sound Bath event that includes the magic of Breathwork. Wow, what a winning combination of specific breathing techniques that gently cultivate a calm and blissful state, so that you can then access even more replenishment, self-healing, and recovery, through the sound bath frequencies.

Laying down comfortably in a lovely, spacious (air conditioned) room, you'll be guided through a powerful gratitude Breathwork sequence that will then lead you into being bathed in the wonderful sounds of crystal bowls, and other beautiful instruments. There is nothing for you to do other than rest on your mat, breathe as guided, and then completely drift away in an ocean of beautiful music.


If you are brand new to Breathwork, here is a short, guided Breathwork on Spotify to try. Like anything new, listen to, and follow, your inner wisdom to find the difference between challenging yourself, and knowing when to stop if something is not right for you.

* Drink extra (pure) water for 3 days before, after, and on the day of the event- hydration sets you up for the best possible experience!

* Comfortable clothes (socks recommended if you feel the cold)

* Eye pillow/mask (this will make a HUGE difference to your experience)

* Mat/s to lay on for about 45 minutes **note the wooden floor boards are firm

* Cushion for your head

* Tissues

* Optional blanket to cover you

* Optional towel for around your head if your hearing is sensitive

* Optional cushion or rolled up blanket for under your knees

* Water
