Sound Bath at Patterson Lakes Community Centre

Join us for a gentle and restorative sound bath focused on instilling calm.

Join us for a gentle and restorative sound bath designed to support relaxation and calm. This session uses therapeutic sound instruments played around participants to help settle the nervous system and bring you into a deeply relaxed state.

The session will include a brief introduction, time to settle in, at least 45 minutes of sound immersion, and a short grounding reflection at the end. Participants may choose to sit on a chair or lie down on a yoga mat.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat (limited mats available at the centre)
• Cushion for your head
• Blanket or sheet
• Notebook and pen
• Drink bottle
• Eye pillow (optional)

This session is suitable for adults of all experience levels.

Cost: $5, payable on the day by cash or card.
