Soulful Recharge : A Day Retreat For Women
A sacred, immersive day devoted to embodiment, healing and feminine reclamation.
Soulful Recharge is for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, release what they’ve been holding and remember who they are.
Throughout the day, you will be guided through:
Intentional Journalling – to gently explore what’s present within you, release what no longer serves and anchor into self-honouring intentions.
Embodiment Practices – to reconnect you with your body, intuition and inner wisdom, supporting nervous system regulation and self-trust.
Intuitive Painting & Creative Expression – to allow emotions, energy and inner truth to move freely beyond words in a safe, judgment-free space.
Slow Flow Yoga – to soften tension, restore balance and cultivate a compassionate, loving relationship with your body.
Restorative Sound Bath – to support deep rest, energetic integration and whole-body healing through the power of vibration and sound.
🌹 Sacred Connection – to be seen, held and supported in a heart-centered circle of like-minded women, reminding you that you are not alone.
🌿 Nourishing Lunch & Integration Break – enjoy a one-hour lunch break to integrate the morning’s practices, with the option to explore nearby local cafés or bring a packed lunch to enjoy by the beach, allowing time for rest, reflection and heart-led connection with the women around you.
🐚 Retreat Without the Retreat Away – this day retreat is intentionally designed to offer the depth and nourishment of an immersive getaway without the need to travel overseas or hours away from home. Everything you need to reset, restore and reconnect is right here at your fingertips.
Details:
When: Sunday March 15th, 11-4pm. Due to the nature of the event please make sure to arrive on time. Doors will be locked by 11:05am to respect the flow of the circle.
Where: The Elements of Happiness, 3/131 Nepean Hwy, Seaford 3198. There are two entrances you can enter from. One entrance via car park, enter door next to Bob Marley painting.
Another entrance between two cafes (38 South and Coffee Home Cafe), enter automatic doors and walk straight ahead (pics below for reference).
Parking: There’s a car park and also street parking available. We are also easily accessible via Seaford Train Station which is only a few minutes walk away. Please allow enough time to find a park in case it is busy.
What to bring: An open mind and heart. A packed lunch unless you are eating at one of the local cafés. Everything else is provided.
What to wear: Comfortable and relaxed clothing. If you like, you can bring clothes to change into for yoga.
Who can join: Women over 18 years old

- Individuals with sound-induced epilepsy
- Pregnant individuals in their first trimester

Kiana
Kiana is a womb hara massage therapist, spiritual life coach and yoga teacher dedicated to helping women reconnect with their feminine power.
Through sacred healing practices, she creates nurturing spaces for self-discovery, transformation and deep embodiment. Her work empowers women to trust their intuition, honour their bodies and walk their unique path with confidence and authenticity.

Michelle is a trained Reiki therapist and a certified SoulNar Sound and Energy Healing Practitioner. She uses a combination of sound and energy to bring the body to a state of relaxation and healing.
Michelle will be facilitating the crystal bowl sound bath with different instruments to create waves of harmonic sound to support you on your healing journey.
