We connect fellow foodie enthusiasts who enjoy trying new places, meeting new people and sharing the appreciation of great food!

As your host, I’ll be searching for places with soul, character and atmosphere. We’ll try new foods, discover pop up venues, visit hatted restaurants, explore humble eats and everything in between!

In true foodie style, we’ll seek out hidden gems, find out more about wine & food pairing, and eat our way across Sydney - while catering to a mix of budgets and lifestyles.

Each event will vary, but never compromise on quality. We’ll taste an array of cuisines and where possible learn about the food philosophy, culture and passion behind what’s served on our plates.

- Prepaid amount includes food, any restaurant charged service fees (on food only) and a non refundable $10 admin and booking fee (to contributes to cover the cost of meet up fees for keeping this site and group going), plus paypal fees
- Drinks and any additions consumed are payable on the night (suggest to bring cash as some venues don't do split bills)
- Please note that some venues charge a 10% service fee for groups - so if applicable this will be payable on the drinks/additions which will be required to be paid for by you separately at the conclusion of the event.

Meet your host, Briohny

I first discovered yoga in 2007 and completed my first teacher training in 2014. Since, I have completed additional yoga trainings in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Kundalini Yoga.

In addition, I’ve sat in countless hours of personal Vipassana meditation practice and mixed in formal trainings in a range of healing modalities including Heart Centred Breathwork, MBSR, Meditation facilitation, NLP, Spiral Dynamics, Neuroscience, Energy healing, Coaching, plus have been mentored by many highly regarded teachers and leaders and Shamans, having worked with plant medicines and shamanic teachers for over 10 years.

My background was in the corporate world for over 10 years, followed by creating an executive coaching business, owning a brand and marketing agency for 10 years before I founded Inspired Wild & Free Yoga & Holistic Studio in 2018 – my most 'on purpose', inspired and fulfilling project to date.

Since closing the studio in 2021 my inspiration to be of service and hold space for peace, healing and human potential, has not changed. I weave my offerings through my creative endeavours working as a property stylist and interior decorator and host events, plus facilitate yoga & wellness retreats and pilgrimages in beautiful sacred places all over the world.

My motto is ‘less stress, more you’; stemming from a compassionate understanding that every now and again, life can get the better of us; and embracing a lifestyle of inspiration, inner connection, mindfulness and self-empowerment as the antidote to living inspired, wild and free.

With the conviction that each of us has the ability to achieve peace, calm and inner freedom, I am inspired to join you on your journey and promise to bring a warm, down to earth style to my sessions, so you’re bound to leave feeling more relaxed, calm & centred, yet most importantly more connected to your inner being.

Amongst the above, Briohny also created the Meet up group 'Sydney Foodies' in 2014 following her passion for great food and dining out. To continue enjoying her love of good food, she now brings a refreshed & inspired venture with Soulful Foodies..
