Briohny Heggarty

I’ve spent over a decade guiding people toward self-discovery and soul connection.

After years in the corporate world, I built an executive coaching business and a creative brand agency before following my heart to open Inspired Wild & Free Yoga & Holistic Studio - my most fulfilling project to date

Over the years I’ve trained extensively in yoga, breathwork, constellation work, holistic coaching, and energy practices, and studied with teachers and shamans across the world.

These experiences shaped my understanding of the mind-body-soul connection and the importance of honouring our inner rhythms.

I bring a grounded, intuitive approach that blends ancient wisdom with modern insight, holding space for people to slow down, reconnect to themselves, and awaken the quiet call of their hearts.

My work is rooted in compassion, heart expansion and deep inner connection - creating spaces where people can pause, reflect, and remember who they truly are.

With a warm and down-to-earth style, I love guiding soulful, transformative journeys that ground the soul, open the heart and uplift the spirit.

I’m passionate about creating experiences that invite laughter, wonder, stillness and healing - where people feel safe to soften and to be their full, authentic selves.
