Join Krissi and Rob for a relaxing Sunday filled with calming music and soothing sounds to help you unwind and recharge for the week ahead.
Welcome to Soothing Sunday Sound!
You are invited to join Krissi & Rob for a relaxing Sunday afternoon meditation with music and sound to reset your nervous system and replenish your energy.
With a deep love for many genres of music and particularly percussive, ancient and tribal sounds, our sound journeys support you to connect with your heart and soul, whilst giving your beautiful body time to rest in stillness.
Some world instruments we play in these sonic spaces are Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Rain Sticks, Rav Vast Drum, Tongue Drum, Medicine Drum, Thunder Drum, Udu Drum, Ngoni, Native American and Bamboo Flutes, Koshi Chimes, Jaw Harp, Guitar and Soothing, Soaring Vocals.
Open to everyone including children 9 years and above who can relax themselves laying down. Children and teens benefit greatly from sound meditation too.Sound is a universal language that can connect us to the liminal spaces, allow us to explore the inner realms of our being and bring transformation, peace and a sense of lightness within. Spaces are available for up to 25 people, so book in early.
We look forward to supporting the community for this self-love practice once a month in this beautiful venue, Valdora Community Hall, overlooking the pineapple farms.
We look forward to sharing the sound magic with you there!
With kindness,
Namaste
