February can be hot in Brisbane. This month’s sonic journey gives you a cooler, lighter world - spacious, supported, and deeply calming - so you can leave feeling settled and properly rested.
Sound Journeys for Deep Rest is a 90-minute session designed to help you switch off, even if you’re not someone who “meditates.”
You’ll lie down while I play bowls, gongs, percussion and layered sounds in a steady, immersive flow that helps your mind slow and your body release tension. It’s a sound environment. A space to breathe, unwind, and let your system settle without effort. No experience needed.
People often leave feeling lighter and more settled, with a level of release that’s hard to reach in everyday life. And many people notice better sleep later that night.
If you’ve been feeling stressed, your mind’s been racing, or you just want a reset, book your spot and give yourself this time.
ABOUT TOM
I’m Tom, a musician and sound therapist, and I run immersive sound baths designed for deep rest.
Everything you hear is played live, using gongs, bowls, percussion and layered textures that fill the room. My approach is calm, grounded, and welcoming. Especially if you’re new to sound baths.
I’m trained in one-on-one and group sound therapy (British Academy of Sound Therapy). You get comfortable and rest, and I’ll guide the flow with care so you can properly unwind and leave feeling genuinely restored.

Sensations may include:

Chairs are available around the perimeter if you need to sit at any time.
COMFORT & SEATING
- Bring a mat to lie on
- If lying down isn’t comfortable, you’re welcome to bring a quiet, comfy chair (make sure it’s not squeaky)
- 90mm foam single mattresses available for hire (limited)
- BYO sheet to cover the hired mattress
- Book mattress hire when you purchase tickets
WHAT TO BRING
- Sheet (if hiring a mattress)
- Mat to lie on, pillow, blanket
- Comfortable clothing
- Water bottle (optional)
- Quiet, comfy BYO chair if you prefer to sit

Online booking is recommended to secure your space and mattress hire. Otherwise: $55 (+bf) at the door (if not sold out).
