Learn to use your own stories to connect with listeners and create music, lyrics and rhythms that work. The workshop is open to all – from beginners to more experienced songwriters. Charles is here to share tips and tricks to improve your songs, whatever level you are at.
Charles Jenkins is a Melbourne based songwriter/musician, producer, performer and teacher with over 30 years of experience in the Australian Music Industry. He has released 24 albums, toured internationally and been nominated for two ARIA awards with his band Icecream Hands.
This workshop will be held in the Kirrip-Djerring Meeting Room, located above the Counihan Gallery. Please enter via Sydney Road.
