Immersive somatic sound bath that incorporates breath work, sound healing and somatic journeying. Each session centres around a different theme and guides participants on a meditative somatic exploration of breah, body and mind aimed to promote embodiment, self-connection, nervous system regulation, and profound healing.

This is much more than a sound bath - this is deep therapeutic work in a supported container.

This weeks themes is: HEART COHERENCE
