Somatic Embodiment Workshop

Each class I offer is rooted in a deep and ever renewing love for yoga. I draw from my own practice and the teachers I seek out, honouring passed-on knowledge.I came to the profound practice of yoga just over 10 years ago during a life-altering health journey involving an autoimmune attack and kidney failure. Alongside modern medicine, yoga transformed my health. That experience, and the privilege of guiding students who embrace these practices, continues to ignite my passion for teaching.

You have only to come to it, to know it, to realize it.” - Osho <h3>Somatic Embodiment Workshop, Osho Kundalini Meditation</h3> Explore Osho Kundalini Meditation, an active meditation practice where specific, guided movement helps your body release stored tension, energy, and emotion so you can drop into stillness and a grounded sense of self. This is a somatic meditation practice that allows the body to lead so the mind can soften.We begin with a light, playful warm up to ease self consciousness, then move through thefour stages of the meditation with clear guidance and timing. We close with tea anddedicated journaling time to integrate, followed by a closing circle to set intention, so youleave grounded, resourced, and with the steps to continue the practice at home. You will leave with• Nervous system regulation and a clearer felt sense of self• A simple practice you can return to whenever you need release or reset• An embodied experience of how movement can open the door to stillness What to expect• Welcoming arrival and group warm up• Guided four stage Osho Kundalini practice, 15 minutes each stage• Tea, snack, journaling, and closing circle Who it’s forAnyone curious about embodied meditation and open to a practice that can feel playfuland light, yet also oﬀer a deeper release. What to bringBring your Yoga mat any an optional blanket or pillow for comfort. Dress comfortably for movement, bring a water bottle, and a journal + pen if you like to write after practice. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin together on time.Start time: 3pm
