In a world that asks so much of us, this is a sacred space to simply be. To listen. To journey inward. To allow the energy and sacred sound to carry you to where you need to go. To uncover what has been waiting for you.

Our Journey

This journey blends sound healing and intuitive energy healing with hands-on activations, thoughtfully woven together to create a space for deep rest and connection. Held on the 8/8 Lion's Gate Portal, we'll gather to slow down, soften, and receive.

You will be welcomed into sacred space with smoke cleansing and a heart-opening tea ritual, before being guided to release expectation and gently land your own unique intention for the journey ahead.

From there, you will be invited to empty, ground, and gently rest into the heart, before settling into an extended sound healing journey supported by gentle energy activations. There is nothing to do, nowhere to perform, no version of yourself to bring other than the one who walks through the door.

The session closes with a soft, elongated space to journal, sip tea, reflect, and slowly return, allowing whatever has arisen to settle in its own time.

Motherhood, personal growth, and my own healing journey have deeply shaped the way I hold space. Every session is offered with presence, warmth and intention, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return home to yourself.

Hi, I'm Meredith, the founder of Wellbeing Arc Collective.

My work is to guide people back to what was always there: their own intuition, their own stillness, their own knowing.

Meditation, Reiki, Seichim, and years spent teaching and holding space for others have shaped the way I work. I bring presence, warmth, and a deep trust in the wisdom already held within the body, inviting you to arrive exactly as you are and simply be met there.

Please bring a journal and pen, a comfortable mat, pillows, warm blanket and socks. An eye pillow will be provided in addition to heart-opening tea and smoke cleansing.
