Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to a 1 hour in-person social connections event in Esk.
Are You a Carer supporting someone who is living with Dementia and looking for Social Connection? Would you like to meet other carers in your area? Join our Carers' Drop-In Hour with lived experience peer facilitator Sheila. This is a welcoming, relaxed space where you can enjoy a hot drink while you share stories and connect with other carers in a similar caring role.
Please note: This event is open to residents living in South West Queensland, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants). The address for the venue will be sent after registration.
