Opening the festival on the main stage, Lorena Stipani captivates with a vocal style that moves effortlessly from the Great American Songbook to the luminous intimacy of French Chanson. With a rich background spanning opera, cabaret, and jazz, Lorena is celebrated for her expressive presence and ability to breathe fresh elegance into timeless standards. Accompanied by her regular collaborators—James Lockwood (double bass), Rory Clark (piano), and Oscar Edwards (drums)—Lorena brings an evocative program across three 45-minute sets. The ensemble’s artistry is the perfect overture, inviting guests into an afternoon of both discovery and nostalgia.

Nina Ferro & Rhys Tolhurst | 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM
As the afternoon matures, the main stage belongs to the formidable duo of Nina Ferro and Rhys Tolhurst. Nina, a multi-award-winning vocalist described by Tony Bennett as “a fabulous performer with a knockout voice,” infuses every performance with passion and sophistication. Her partner on stage, Rhys Tolhurst, has made his mark as a modern vocal stylist with a soulful edge—blending the golden age of crooners with contemporary flair. Sammy Owen Blues Band | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Closing the evening in high-spirited style, the Sammy Owen Blues Band brings energy, grit, and groove to the headline sunset session. Led by left-handed guitar virtuoso Sammy Owen, the band is a fixture on the Melbourne live circuit and festival scene—fêted for electrifying shows and a singular blend of contemporary blues, soul, and funk. With two sets culminating in a grand, hour-long finale, guests are promised an exhilarating close to the day, as the vineyard pulses with authentic blues and ensemble artistry.
