Self-Management and Recovery Training (SMART) is a group offering a supportive environment for people to achieve their goals related to alcohol, drug use, gambling, hoarding or other behaviours of concern.
You do not need to register. Just turn up.
WHY CHOOSE SMART?

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?
- A weekly 90-minute meeting run by a trained facilitator.
- Check In - a discussion of how your previous week went.
- The focus of each session will be on the addictive behaviour, not the substance itself.
- Goal Setting - You will be guided to set up your own achievable plan for the week ahead.

- One person talking at a time
- Non judgemental
- No 'drug talk'
- Mobile phones off
- No intoxication
- Remain in the room for the duration of the meeting
- No children allowed
Held at the Anglicare Tasmania Glenorchy office every Tuesday from 5pm. No registration necessary.
