In 2014 she founded Kate Caldecott & Associates, offering training and technical assistance to grantmaking organisations. She continues to work with Our Community as a Strategic Partnership Advisor.

Not only is Kate a grants guru, she is also a parent of school age children who has had enormous success raising funds for her children’s school.
